Significant shifts can happen in a single session. But lasting change takes a little time. That's why I work through a structured programme rather than one-off appointments.

Much of the value of the eight weeks is integration: adjusting to how much internal space you feel, and moving from being attached to old ways of being to something freer. The aim isn't to ‘fix’ you, but to help you understand what's been keeping you stuck and support real change over time.

If you'd like to experience what it's like to work with me first, I sometimes offer a one-off session. Most people go on to work with me from there.

No. This work isn't a replacement for therapy or clinical mental health care. Many of the people I work with have already had counselling or therapy. They understand what happened to them, but still feel anxious, burnt out, or stuck in the same patterns. This work is designed to complement that journey, not replace it.

I understand why people ask. My background is in science — I completed an MSc at Oxford — and I spent years working in care, ultimately managing a home supporting people with acute mental illness. Alongside that, I have more than 20 years of experience in healing.

I don't ask anyone to stop thinking critically or simply ‘believe’ something will work. My role is to create a safe, grounded space where you can experience the work for yourself and decide what feels meaningful.

That's a normal part of healing. Sometimes people notice emotions, memories, or patterns becoming clearer as the work unfolds. If that happens, we'll talk about it during your coaching sessions and make sure you feel supported throughout. The process isn't about pushing through difficult emotions. It's about working with them at a pace that feels manageable.

Every healing modality has its own approach, and I combine several in my practice. I work with Reiki, Heart Healing and VortexHealing®, drawing on my intuition as to what's needed and when. Each has its own structure — Reiki with its symbols, Heart Healing working with the energetic field of the heart (now well recognised by science), and VortexHealing® with its own training and methodology. The combination is powerful, and it's that intuitive flow between them that matters most.

My work also combines healing with coaching, so you're not only experiencing the sessions themselves. You have dedicated time to reflect on what's changing and how it shows up in everyday life.

No. Many people come to me feeling curious but also sceptical, and that's completely okay. You don't need any previous experience or a particular set of beliefs. The most important thing is that you're open to the experience and willing to notice what unfolds over the course of the programme.

Online sessions are carried out remotely. At the agreed time, you'll simply need somewhere quiet and comfortable where you won't be disturbed for around an hour. You can lie down and relax while I work with you remotely. Because the work is energy-based, the process is the same whether we're together in person or online.

No. You don't need to meditate, visualise, or make anything happen. Simply get comfortable and allow yourself to relax. Everyone experiences healing differently, and there's no right or wrong way for a session to feel.

That's completely normal. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotions, or deep relaxation. Others notice very little during the session itself. Not feeling anything doesn't mean the session hasn't been effective. Sometimes people notice the biggest changes in the days or weeks afterwards.

The 1:1 programme runs over two months. You'll have one session each week, alternating between healing and coaching. The time between appointments is an important part of the programme, giving you space to reflect and notice what's changing.

Yes. The 1:1 programme is available online, so you can work with me wherever you're based.

The first step is a discovery call. It's important that we're a good fit to work together, so the call is really a deep dive into what's bringing you here. We'll talk it through, answer any questions, and decide together whether this feels like the right approach. There's no obligation to move forward afterwards.

Yes. Everything you share during our sessions and discovery call is treated with complete confidentiality.

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. You don't need to decide before we speak. The call gives you the opportunity to ask questions, understand how I work, and decide whether this feels like the right next step, with no pressure or obligation.

Still have a question? The discovery call is the place to ask it.
